Authors are invited to submit papers not exceeding 10 double-spaced pages (4,000 words). Each paper should include a title and the names and contact details of all authors. Authors are encouraged to include proofs of their results in an appendix, if necessary because of space reasons.

Accepted papers will have to be formatted according to the instructions posted at, so the final versions will have to adhere to the 10 page limit in the style file of the proceedings.

Papers arriving late or departing significantly from these guidelines risk immediate rejection. One author of each accepted paper will be expected to present the paper at the conference.

The submissions must not have appeared before in (or have been submitted to) a journal or conference with published proceedings.
